Bishop Juanita Ann Barno was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to James and Alice Barno. She is the oldest of six children. She is blessed to be the mother of one son and four daughters. She is the proud grandparent of twelve grandchildren.

Bishop Fletcher is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized in February of 1992. Although she accepted Christ in 1992, she did not fully commit her life to Him until November of 1998; and since then, she has been on the battlefield fighting for the Lord. She is a dedicated Christian and a strong prayer warrior, believing there is no obstacle powerful enough to stand in the way of her work for the Lord. She was educated in the Philadelphia school system and studied Theology at Manna Bible Institute of Philadelphia.

On May 1, 2005, she was licensed as an Evangelist of the Gospel under her father in the ministry, the late Rev. Dr. George L. Savage of the East Bethel Baptist Church. Before taking on the role of Evangelist, Bishop Fletcher served as Co-Chair of the Women’s Ministry, President of the Pastor’s Aide Ministry, Sunday School Teacher, and Deaconess; All of which she found unspeakable joy in being a servant to God’s people.

Bishop Fletcher’s journey took new direction under the pastorate of Malcolm A. Medley in June 2008, when he ordained her as a Minister of the Gospel at the New Kingdom Baptist Church. While there, she served as Associate Minister, Armor Bearer to the Pastor, and an Intercessory Prayer Warrior.

In April 2009, a new church plant “Freedom Movement” was founded by Rev. Malcolm A. Medley, where Bishop Fletcher served as Assistant Pastor, Spiritual Advisory Council, established an Intercessory Prayer Ministry and led the “No Longer Bound” Women’s Ministry. While under the leadership of Rev. Medley, she birthed an Intercessory Prayer Ministry called “Carry Me International Ministries” (C.M.I.M.), an anointed spirit-filled ministry whose motto is: (Praying, Healing and Deliverance for the Nations).

Bishop Fletcher is the Author of, “40 Days with the Intercessor – Volumes I and II”, Just to Commune with You – a 52 Week-Devotional Prayer Journal and Fight! “The Spiritual Warfare Guide for Winning”. When she is not laboring for C.M.I.M. or penning inspirational thoughts, she is readily sought for workshops, conferences, retreats and speaking engagements.

Although C.M.I.M. started out as an Intercessory Prayer Ministry, as of May 2013 Bishop Fletcher answered the call of God and opened the doors of her new church “Carry Me International Ministries, Inc.” a church willing to serve God’s people regardless of race, color, creed, gender, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected status. This is a spiritual place where people can feel free to worship the LORD their God in spirit and in truth. She believes that by the grace of Almighty God we are saved through our faith in the Risen Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ and that all things are possible for them that believe.

In May of 2022, Bishop Fletcher was Consecrated to the Office of Bishop Ordinary under Apostle Orlando Dingle of Totally United Apostolic Fellowships where she serves as First Prelate.

Bishop Fletcher Loves the LORD and can attest to God’s Power, Love, Goodness, Favor, Grace, and Mercy.

My Life Scriptures:
Psalm 34:1-3 & 8
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; the humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
